New Family!

Sophie was getting tired of looking at just Mommy and Daddy all the time, 

so we let her try out a new family. She fit right in!

Eating Solids!

We've attempted to start Sophie on solids. She was hesitant at first and doesn't quite grasp how to get food off the spoon (she tries to suck it off), but she's slowly getting the hang of it. We try it once a day and she eats about 1-2 tablespoons at a time (puree mixed with breast milk). We're trying out butternut squash in the video.

It's a teether, which she doesn't quite get yet, preferring to chew on her bottom lip instead, but she does like the squeaking!

New Toy

Since she seemed to like "standing" so much, we got Sophie a jumperoo so that she could "stand" on her own. The idea is that she can bounce to her heart's content while Mommy and Daddy get other things done. It keeps her entertained for a little bit...

We had some issues with the FlipCam and lost the footage taped over the past couple of weeks. Thus, no videos to share today. Sorry!
